The following conditions apply to bookings at Casa Trankilo:

Reservations
We confirm the reservation immediately after booking.
Please check the confirmation and let us know if something is wrong.

Rates per night
Rates per night are per studio apartment with a minimum stay of 4 nights.

General

  • The rate on the confirmation and invoice is binding.
  • Our rates include maid service, linen (towelchange twice a week, bedlinen change once a week), Wi-Fi, and transport from the airport after arrival.
  • Normal water and electricity use is included. AC use in the night is included. As we strive to be as sustainable as possible AC use during the day is not included.
  • The local tourist tax of $ 5.50 per person per night (13 years and over) is not included in our rates.
  • All rates are in US dollars.
  • We charge a deposit of 200 US dollars.

Payments

  • The total amount is due on the invoice due date.
  • For bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival, the entire booking amount is due immediately.

Cancellation

  • If canceled more than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
  • In case of a cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival, not showing up, or an early departure, the entire booking amount is due. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
  • For groups that jointly rent more than two apartments, different cancellation and payment conditions may apply.

Arrival and departure
Check in time is 14:00, check out time 11:00.

Supplementary

  • Guests enter the swimming pool at their own risk.
  • Casa Trankilo accepts no responsibility for:
    • Theft, loss or damage to property during a stay at Casa Trankilo.
    • Faults or interruptions of technical installations and equipment.
    • Guests are liable for loss and / or damage suffered by Casa Trankilo as a direct or indirect consequence of their stay.
    • In case of improper use of the apartment or the apartment’s inappropriateness, additional costs such as extra cleaning will be due by the tenant.
    • Casa Trankilo can perform maintenance work during the stay, without giving rise to a refund.
